I'd like to let you know about our experience with Hawaiian Villas Rentals during our recent stay at Hale Lanikai. The guest service was above and beyond what we expected. I was initially a bit nervous because I thought that going through an agency might remove some of the personal attention that makes a stay extra special. Boy was I wrong! The staff could not have been more accommodating of my needs and always answered the phone with a smile in their voice. I called several times during my visit for relatively minor things and I always got immediate service and attention. Hannah and all other staff with whom I spoke were friendly and professional and I will certainly use Hawaiian Villas Rentals in the future. Thanks so much!

Ms Rachel was truly amazing. Our check in with her was welcoming and helpful to understand the house rules. And she was highly responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. We loved kayaking right from the backyard. The wooden swing was lovely. We appreciated the water gears- literally all the water gears, beach accessories and toys one can imagine! The ocean view was beyond! We enjoyed the breathtaking beauty of sunrise and sunset every single day. We'd love to go back to this perfectly fantastic home. Mahalo!
