Trinity Properties has been managing our 4-bedroom Kahala rental home for all of the 12 years of our ownership. They have managed every aspect of the property including leasing and all the maintenance and repair necessities. Thanks to their amazing team – who are always immediately available – and their outstanding vendor connections, we have overcome the many issues of owing Hawaii property from the mainland. Most recently they have been invaluable in helping us with a particularly challenging transition to a new Honolulu property in the middle of the pandemic, including supervising the moving of all furniture and personal possessions. We cannot recommend highly enough Trinity Properties - Alorah Kwock and Jenny Molesworth and their back office personnel - who we feel extremely fortunate to have managing our new rental home.

Trinity Properties have been consistently terrific in all aspects of renting and maintaining our home. The office and rental agents are very efficient and provide clear communication and paperwork which comply with all the local regulations about vacation rentals. Jenny's attention to detail and understanding what it takes to keep an oceanfront house in top shape is impeccable. Her team visits the house at least weekly to survey any possible problems which can often occur due to the relentless salt air. In addition to a complete list of ongoing routine maintenance to prevent problems she is always available to handle emergencies. If there are issues, large or small, she is quick to contact me and more importantly has a long list of people and resources to address the issues immediately. With Trinity Properties and Jenny and team I can rest assured that my home is taken care of with competence and aloha. I would highly recommend their services to any property owner.

Trinity has managed three of my beach estates for many years. They have been highly professional and proactive which, since I have not been able to leave the mainland for a year, has been particularly important. Jenny Molesworth takes the initiative to recommend maintenance issues, then, with approval, seeks bids , finds competitive pricing and then manages the work. She is an excellent manager and I recommend her and Trinity very highly.

We were sad to leave Hale Lanikai, the perfect home for our family of five in such a beautiful location. Robin Lloyd, and Hawaiian Villa Rentals made it very easy with checking in and out. The house is laid back and charming, had everything we needed, and was very clean and well maintained. There is no better spot on Oahu than Lanikai Beach – I’ve stayed all over the island – and Hale Lanikai is located in a prime spot. All in all, we had a wonderful experience. Mahalo nui back!
