Bedroom 3 – Two twin beds. Ceiling fan. Split A/C. Full bath with stand up shower (no tub). Private patio with Mountain View.

Bonus bedroom 4 – upstairs off master bedroom, shares master bathroom, sofa converts to bed with new memory foam mattress. Good for a child. Private deck, plenty of storage and ocean views out 2 sides of the room.

All bedroom windows have blinds and/or shutters on them.

Bathroom 4 – Downstairs full bathroom with shower. Direct access to exterior.

This property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 90-days and no one else may occupy the property during that period.

The following language is from the City and County of Honolulu regarding lengths of stay: “Existing owners of units being rented out for 30 consecutive days up to 89 consecutive days may continue to rent them, but on April 23, 2023, all such rentals must either cease renting, convert to long-term 90 days or more leases.” Please discuss this requirement with your reservations agent.

7. This property may not be rented for less than 90 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied.
