ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND DISCLOSURES:
1. A/C in all bedrooms only.

2. Rates and fees are subject to change.

3. This Hawaii vacation rental home has been registered as a Transient Accommodation with the State of Hawaii.

4. Main house is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with Oceanview King master and 2 twins in 2nd room. Living room has a queen size pull out couch. Cottage is the 3rd bedroom with a King master and sitting area with kitchenette.

5. Off street parking for 3 cars maximum. Owner retains 1 parking spot for their own use.

6. There is a popular public beach access which runs immediately adjacent to the home. The Canoe Club also uses this access for early morning practice with practice sometimes beginning as early as 6am during canoe season.

7. The pool is not heated. Please note there is no child safety fence option for around the pool area. All children must be supervised by adult. Pool can be cooler in Winter months.

8. The following language is from the City and County of Honolulu regarding lengths of stay: “Existing owners of units being rented out for 30 consecutive days up to 89 consecutive days may continue to rent them, but on April 23, 2023, all such rentals must either cease renting, convert to long-term 90 days or more leases.” Please discuss this requirement with your reservations agent.

9. This property may not be rented for less than 90 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied.
