The main level has 3 bedrooms:
Master with Queen bed, full bath and separate soaking tub. Direct access to ocean front lanai.
2nd bedroom with Queen bed and full bath/shower only.
3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds and full bath/shower only.

The living room of this vacation rental has a comfortable sectional sofa with large flat screen TV but it will be hard to watch with these amazing bay views out every window.

Your main patio doors completely open to bring in the warm tropical breezes of Hawaii. Indoor/outdoor Hawaiian living at its finest.

The lower level of this rental has a quiet area for relaxing with ocean views as well as another ocean front deck; game table, sofa, TV and full bath downstairs.

The upstairs main living area is equipped with Island Cooling fan system to keep everyone comfortable.

This house is a great base to explore Oahu or do absolutely nothing at all. Located 25 minutes from the Honolulu Airport with easy access to H3 and the Kaneohe Marine Core Base (15 minutes by car). Windward Mall is about a 3-minute drive. Kaneohe Sand Bar pier for tours is just 10 minutes by car.
And in 15 minutes you can be on 2 ½ miles of Kailua’s soft sandy beach and clear blue waters. Views of Coconut Island/ “Gilligan’s Island”.

Bay View comes with TWO 2 man kayaks for your use with the signing of a liability waiver. Launch right from your bay front yard!

Mid-Stay cleans for every 30 day period; without linens $275 + GET/TAT/OTAT =$324.40 and with linens is $350+ GET/TAT/OTAT = $412.87
Refundable Security Deposit: $2,000.00
Reservation fee: 2.55% on entire amount.

3. This Hawaii vacation rental home has been registered as a Transient Accommodation with the State of Hawaii.
4. The following language is from the City and County of Honolulu regarding lengths of stay: “Existing owners of units being rented out for 30 consecutive days up to 89 consecutive days may continue to rent them, but on April 23, 2023, all such rentals must either cease renting, convert to long-term 90 days or more leases.” Please discuss this requirement with your reservations agent.
5. This property may not be rented for less than 90 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied.
